Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Items are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (not due to our error).
- Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank (refunds may take time).

Sale Items
- Only regular priced items can be refunded.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.
- Email info@themetaleg.com and send your item to our location.
Gifts
- Items marked as a gift shipped directly to you will receive a gift credit.
- If shipped to the gift giver, the refund goes to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns

- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer pays return shipping, and the cost is a fixed fee of 500 EGP, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable; if refunded, the cost is deducted.
