Shipping and Installation Policy

• Delivery time begins from the day you place your order until the day we attempt to deliver it to you. Delivery time may vary depending on the product and installation.

• Products will be delivered within 6 business days from the date of the order. If the customer requests delivery within a shorter timeframe, a 10% surcharge will be added to the total order value.

• Business days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• يبدأ وقت التوصيل من يوم إجراء الطلب وحتى اليوم الذي نقوم فيه بمحاولة توصيل الطلب إليك , قد تختلف مده التوصيل طبقا لطبيعة المنتج والتركيب.

• تسليم المنتجات خلال 6 ايام عمل من تاريخ عمل الطلب – في حالة طلب العميل التسليم في مدة اقصر يتم اضافة تكلفة 10% من اجمالي قيمة الطلب .

• أيام العمل هي من السبت إلى الخميس، ولا تتضمن الاجازة الاسبوعية أو العطلات الرسمية.
