Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Items are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (not due to our error).
  • Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank (refunds may take time).
  4. If unresolved, email info@themetaleg.com.

Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.
  • Email info@themetaleg.com and send your item to our location.

Gifts

  • Items marked as a gift shipped directly to you will receive a gift credit.
  • If shipped to the gift giver, the refund goes to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customer pays return shipping, and the cost is a fixed fee of 500 EGP, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable; if refunded, the cost is deducted.
  • Consider trackable shipping for expensive items.
